The world is changing and knowledge is increasing, with appreciable increase in the ease to acquire knowledge. So is there an appreciable decrease in the claim of monopoly of knowledge. Knowledge is say is power, and with the present’s trend, good foundations in the world of information technology translate into power. In other words information technology is power.

 

Multimedia, as an aspect of information technology, is more than a high technology buzzword... it is powerful way to educate, entertain, and inform. It has taken the computer from communicating information as text alone to telling stories using pictures, sounds, video and animation. In short, multimedia technology is one of the main reasons computer are becoming as common in the home as they are in the work place. Multimedia is a Revolution.

 

Multimedia can be define as the use of text, picture, audio video and animation to deliver information, multimedia computer could be used to increase efficiency and productivity n the job, provided information and edge breaking entertainments at our fingerprints in the home and help students learn more effectively both in and out of classroom.

 

Multimedia training /workshop ca be seen beyond the convection gathering together of people by so called expert in the field to deliver certain theories at series of meetings that terminates ultimately with certificates. Rather, it’s an attempt to contribute to the technology developments of our country, having spied into the future by creating a forum whereby like-minded people can come together under the mild tutorship of the "spies" to make a difference in their worlds.

 

The multimedia training/workshop is a baby of a group that has vision of transformation the mildest of an average Nigeria towards problem appreciation, solution provision, high ends specialization and micro economy buoyancy as it relate to issue like education, unemployment, technology and national growth, with multimedia as a tools.

 

 

As you must have noticed, the term adopted for defining the task a "training/workshop". This is deliberate. The whole learning process entails period of intensive lectures and partials running simultaneously with hours of discursion and more importantly, opportunities to participate.

 

The Multimedia training/workshop has been specially designed to interested candidate learn in a manner to help bring out their creative instinct , helping them attain high level specialization  as intended. As against certificate orientation, our classes have been carefully tailored to empower our candidates towards realistic problem appreciation and solution provision.
